Information
All motel rooms are smoke-free and pet-free (with the exception of service animals | It is our policy to charge for the cost of repairing or cleaning any rugs or furniture damaged by a service animal). There is a $200 refundable cleaning deposit on all motel monthly stays.
Some RV sites and motel rates include Wireless Internet and Cable T.V. (box required, see Manager)
Deposit:
A$25.00 nightly, $75.00 weekly, $100.00 monthly, or $150.00 deposit for 2- 6 month stay, is due at the time of reservation. Balance due at check-in.
A $150.00 power deposit, for monthlies, is also due at check in. Power deposit will be applied to your electric bill at check-out.
Refunds of deposits will only be granted under the following conditions: Cancellation must be given within 24 hours (9AM day before) for a daily reservation, 72 hours (by 9AM) for a weekly reservation, 14 Days notice is required for one-month reservations, and 30 days notice is required for extended stays (2 months or longer) or no refund will be issued.
A 1 night stay will be charged for a 1 to 6 night reservation that was not canceled within 24 hours or for a no show no call.
Reservations, Cancellation, & Subscriptions
Reservations are strongly recommended. Especially September through May.
Nightly Reservations:
will be charged the first night for no show, no call.
Deposit:

Reservation deposits made during special events such as:
Snow Bird Season (September through May), Huntsman Senior Games, Holidays or Spring Break- will only be refunded with a 30 day notice regardless of length of stay, unless the site/room can be rented.
